The Human Resources (HR) team support staff and advise managers and team leaders on HR matters in pursuit of achieving our organisational vision to have the healthiest community in Canterbury. In order to achieve the vision, the HR team work with all staff to develop a work environment that is positive and supportive. All HR activities associated with the employment lifecycle are supported, which include:
