Reading in Mind – keeping the mental health conversation going

On Thursday 3 October more than 150 people turned up to a Reading in Mind event at Tūranga (Christchurch Central Library), which Pegasus co-hosted along with our Christchurch City Library and MHERC partners.

The event was headlined by Lorelei Mason, former health reporter for TVNZ, with support from a range of local mental health advocates – including authors Naomi Arnold (‘Headlands, New Stories of Anxiety) and Steve Langley (Been There: Young People’s Stories of Struggle and Hope), GP and youth advocate, Dame Sue Bagshaw and our own Mental Health GP Liaison, Victoria Broome.
