Know what to expect at the 24 Hour Surgery during COVID-19 Protection Framework (Traffic Light) Orange.

You can call HealthLine 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on 0800 611 116 for advice.

If you come to the 24 Hour Surgery at Traffic Light Red:

  • Walk to the main entrance where you will be greeted and assessed by a nurse (or doctor)
  • Please wear a mask
  • You will be streamed to ensure people wait in the appropriate places. You may be asked to wait in your car, portacabin, or in our undercover area to be seen
  • You will be allowed one (1) support person with you
  • If you only require a COVID-19 swab, please go to a Community-Based Assessment Centre (CBAC).
