This public Wi-Fi services is provided free of charge by 24 Hour Surgery (24HS) and Pegasus Health.
Your access to this service is provided at the discretion of 24HS and Pegasus and may be blocked, suspended or terminated at any time for any reason including, but not limited to, actions that may lead to liability for 24HS and Pegasus, disruption of access to other users or networks, or violation of applicable laws or regulations.
The following activities are prohibited:
- spamming and invasion of privacy
- obscene or indecent speech or materials
- defamatory or abusive language
- hacking (unauthorised attempts to penetrate security measures)
- distribution of viruses, worms, trojans, bots or other illegal and/or malicious software
- intellectual property right violations (including illegal file-sharing)
- spoofing, forging of headers, network flooding or denial of service attacks.
The service is provided on an “as available” service without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
24HS and Pegasus do not guarantee the security of the service and will incur no liability including but not limited to, unauthorised access, damage to equipment or programs from any virus or other harmful software, theft or loss of data or use of or reliance on the service.
