  • Sometimes we may complete a short phone screening interview with you to clarify some areas.

  • If we proceed with your application, you will be invited to an interview. Usually this includes two interviewers and is a conversation for us to find out about you, and equally for you to get to know us.
  • Interviews can be in person, over video (Microsoft Teams), or by phone.
  • We’ll let you know who you will be meeting and agree to where and when.
  • We usually use behavioural based questions in our interviews. We will explain how to prepare for the interview when we set this up with you.
