The recent Administration and Reception Training (ART) session brought together over 60 participants to explore critical aspects of funding, problem-solving, and networking within the healthcare sector. Pegasus Health Privacy Advisor, Rebecca Hawkins, ran a session on privacy. Most participants were already aware of privacy and the impact on their roles. A team exercise where participants acted different privacy situations was well received.
Feedback was actively solicited from the attendees through distributed forms, which yielded overwhelmingly positive responses. These insights are being integrated to refine future sessions, underscoring the organization’s commitment to continuous improvement.
